Come and visit us for a coffee and cake, fry up or even lunch. You don’t need to be a paying customer of Tropical Birdland to enjoy our products. Our café is perfectly suited for that catch-up you keep meaning to arrange, a light lunch with friends or add a change up to your week!
Let your kids go wild in our NEW even bigger and better play area! There are swings, slides, bits to climb & explore along with much more. There is also a smaller play area for those little explorers to enjoy. This section is away from the birds and is next to many benches for you to enjoy your picnics, local ice cream or a warming hot chocolate on.
We have a Breakfast Menu served till 11am, selling a wide selection of hot and cold foods ,our main menu starting from 11am includes burgers, toasted ciabattas, kids meals, sandwich meal deals and jacket potatoes. We have a few gluten free, vegan and vegetarian options also available. We sell barista style coffee and have a variety of luxury flavoured teas. Or you can have one of our chilled drinks, perfect on a summers day. Seasonal drinks may be available but keep an eye out on our socials to get the latest updates.
At the café, we regularly bake and decorate cakes to go freshly out on our counter for you to enjoy. These vary from the traditional Victoria Sponge to Coffee and Biscoff sponge. Keep and eye out for out ‘Cake of the Week’ too! Click here to get more information.

The Bay Tree
We supply a large range of The Bay Tree products including salad dressing, jams and chutneys. We use the jams in our baking as we find they complement our homemade bakes the best. These products push the flavour boundary and it is were traditional cooking meets innovative flavours. Take a look at our shop to discover what flavours we stock. Can’t decide what flavour to choose? We sometimes have samples of both jams and chutneys displayed in our café so keep an eye out for those.
